To the left is E.U.'s High Representative Javier Solana. In 2006 Javier Solana will become more powerful than the E.U. President and will basically have total control over all of the E.U.'s policies and military. As of right now, he is trying to achieve this power even before 2006. The big deal about 2006 is that is when the E.U. Constitution will be voted on. If the constitution passes, Solana will become the ruler of Europe. As of right now, there is talk that much of Britain and France is opposed to the E.U. Constitution. These two countries may be two of the three countries that are "plucked" if they fail to pass the constitution. This brings us to a policy known as the European Neighborhood Policy. Many have the misconception that the covenant will be a peace treaty between the Palestinians and Israel or the antichrist and Israel. However, due to recent study that I have done, I find it highly unlikely that the covenant spoken about in the Bible will be a peace treaty at all. As of right now the European Neighborhood Policy (ENP) seems to be an exact match to the description of the covenant written about in the Bible. The ENP is a policy that will basically have the EU take the Middle East and Northern Africa under its wing financially (trade, money, etc). It's slated to begin on January 1, 2007, which also happens to be the beginning of the EU's next 7 year financial period. Once the ENP is in place, the EU will literally look just like the Roman Empire at its prime. If all of this isn't enough, there was a recent article that stated that the ENP would confirm the Barcelona Process that was written and signed by Javier Solana back in 1995. There is one more specific detail about the ENP that makes it even more prophetic and that's the fact that Israel was the very first country to sign onto the ENP. If you want to know more about the ENP, you can check it out from the source. The link I just gave you is the EU's official website on the European Neighborhood Policy. If you check out the overview section you will see the map that I have and you'll notice that I did not cut off the bottom of the countries in Africa to make it look like the Roman Empire, the EU themselves give that map. Also if you read the Welcome section and the FAQ, I believe you will be stunned at how perfectly this policy fits the description of the covenant in the Bible. The ENP is clearly something to watch out for because contrary to popular belief, it appears unlikely that peace between the Palestinians and Israel will occur. Which brings us to our next topic.
